It might be hard for me to part with this dress, because it is so practical and flattering- I just don’t reach for it for some reason. It has been worn very little but does have some loose threads that don’t affect function at all (see pic). Measurements are flexible because there’s an elastic in the back, but I’d say it fits true to size
