Navy blue shortsleeved boatneck Eileen Fisher column dress. Has some stretch and could be form fitting. Easy to wear and looks nice a little loose and drapey. Two horizontal seamed panels of same fabric below hip. Front hem about 2 inches shorter than back back which is flattering. Very soft and comfy but still professional.
