Amazing 90s vintage dress that is enormous on me 😭. Buttons to the waist, very flowy. I’m 5’4” and it brushes the tops of my feet, plus the top is way looser than I would like for this style. Waist measurement is pulled taut; bust measurement is gentle because of the buttons. Marked small, but could fit a medium or even a large imo. Or possibly I’ve just forgotten how we wore things in the 90s. Excellent condition for vintage (maybe a couple loose threads, and the placket could use some pressing?) but putting good to be safe. Other wrinkles are just because it needs a wash or steam.
