I bought this vintage skirt years ago and only wore it once. It comes with a sweet belt (with a bow), zipper closure and one pocket. It does not come with a size tag. I wear an 8/10 and I can wear it but it sits high on my waist, which is how it was worn. But I'm listing it as a small. No material tag but I'm guessing polyester. It's so cute just not my style anymore.
