This probably came from Belk originally but every now and then a blind squirrel finds a nut. This dress was made in India and is a nice sturdy cotton. It says size 2 but I’m a pretty solid 6 and I can still zip it. Very forgiving if you’ve got a little bit of a belly so it’s made for vacation. Full plunge, ao much drama. Only getting rid of it because I have broad shoulders for a short lady and the ruffles make me feel kind of like a linebacker.
