All measurements taken flat. Hi-low wrap skirt. Waist has plenty of stretch, could easily fit a size L. Waist is safety pinned in photos of me wearing it at waist height, might be meant more as a hip skirt but that’s not my style. Not a true wrap skirt, as it’s entirely closed at the waistband. Total length of the shorter front of the skirt is about 22/23”.
