This is the Dolly Parton version of the famous fringe dress by fashion brand company - there’s a pink Trixie Mattel version and red Patsy Cline version. This one has the notes for “I will always love you” down the sleeve! I bought this dress secondhand - it was missing the pearl snap when I received it and is just too small for me. There are pockets and a waist tie.
