**Waist measurement is unstretched, but the elastic waist is quite stretchy and can stretch up to about 19.5” measured flat.** Love this sunny yellow, but it's just not fitting into my wardrobe the way I hoped! I'd love to swap for another pair of pants or a linen dress/skirt that I might wear more. I agree with previous traders, the waist really is incredibly stretchy!
