Navy and white polka dot mini skirt (fits XS-S)

Vintage navy skirt with white polka dots, fully lined. Waist has elastic and fits 24-27”. Hips fit free. Also has amazing pleats at the top toward the waistband which I tried to capture in the photos. Material tag is washed out but it feels synthetic, maybe polyester. Purchased from a vintage reseller so it’s in used condition but definitely lots of life left. No notable flaws outside of overall wear.
