Planning to turn this into a blouse using the reverse side. From previous owner: My first Ace & Jig. 😊 I have loved it but time to let it go to a new home. One snag on back lower part of skirt. Otherwise in great condition. Waist measured at drop waist seam (19” from shoulder). Has stretch.
