These are 2-Tall but I like ES pants in Tall for just a little bit extra length. The waist stretches to 14”/15” flat and is pretty flexible., not stiff elastic. In good condition. A little bit of wear on the fabric plus a few spots of discoloration on the front of the leg. I don’t think the discoloration is super noticeable and I always just wore them as is. The photo with the spots is a bit over exposed so it looks more noticeable that I feel it is in real life.
