Bought at a sample sale so the sizing is labeled as an 8 but im a 7 and found these almost too small, so ive listed them as a womens 6.5. A true approach shoe where you can step into them as mules and smush the heels to wear as clogs around the crag, then the heels pop back up just fine to wear as sneakers when actually hiking around in them. Grippy soles and the toe rubber helps. Measurement for length (9.5 inches) taken from insole because the outer length measurement (10.5 inches) included the little bit of jutty sole at the back (so its longer than the shoe part that fits your foot). The jutty bit isnt as obnoxious as a hoka, which trip me, but its not adding to the foot volume and creating a deceptive measurement imo
