This was sold to me from a yarn destash as Purl Soho Wigeon in Rose Apple. It is SOOO pretty and I was planning on making a cropped cardigan with it but I don’t feel the original photos portrayed the color accurately. I tried to add several different kinds of natural light photos to most accurately match real life but it’s definitely a tricky one to photograph correctly! (Check purl soho for another view if you’re in the fence) It’s one of those shades like Not Perfect Linen and many other high quality makers where the dye is luminous in a way the camera can’t catch. It’s such a stunning shade, just not for me and I know I’ll be bummed I didn’t invest the time in making something in a color I would get a lot of wear out of. That all being said, I received these with blank packaging. I have every reason to believe the seller but just wanted to be up front on that.
