Picked these up at a clothing swap but they are a smidge too tight for me. I am solidly a medium in elastic waisted pants, and these are snug. Great condition- don’t see any issues with them. They are a “clay” color- not sure what color from NPL they are. I think the last picture is most true to color. Also- Genova style is my best guess!
