This is a size medium Cosmic -- please see Molke size chart! However, I think it went through the dryer a couple times and shrank a bit. The cups still seem Cosmic-sized, but the band is pretty tight on me (typically a 34 band). I can wear it, but it starts digging in and being uncomfortable after an hour or two. Probably best for a smaller band size. Disregard other measurements in the listing -- the band was the only thing to measure!
