Worn once. Gifted to me, gifting to you. I had them customized with a little elastic at the waist and taken in a little from the standard XL she offers The material is minimally stretchy but comfortable with a velvet like wrong side. The waistband stretches comfortably to 18" flat These are great but I'm a matching set girl and didn't end up loving the top once I wore it so off they go! Feel free to bundle with the top if that is a good fit for you, too!
