90's top with flocked velvet

I bought this from Etsy, but it was too small. It says it's a size large but the measurements speak for themselves. I say it's a S/M at best. I love the dark green color, the slinky feel of the knit and the 3/4 sleeves. I think I only wore it once or twice, it was just too snug on me. Though it does stretch a decent amount.
