Rachel Rose is known for her hand painted garments. This is her lemon hand painted design printed onto silk fabric. Elastic waist - resting measurement is 13.5, stretches comfortably to 16 or 17”. Has pockets. Lined. Hi-low hem is 42” in front, 46” in back. Never worn by me because it didn’t fit. When I was relisting, I noticed what might be a tiny stain. The underarms are stain free! The dress is in very good condition, just needs a good steaming.
