Orange tab cut-off jean shorts

Orange tab Levi’s cut offs Tag says size 12 but I’m not sure if that’s a vintage women’s 12 or from the kids section but IMO they fit like a modern 27 Love these but they don’t fit anymore. I guessed on decade but when I tried to research the tag on line it’s a whole rabbit hole that I don’t have time to go down. If anyone has more vintage Levi’s tag knowledge and wants to share a more accurate date I’m happy to be corrected!
