This dress is in excellent condition but marked as good because i no longer have the belt that goes with it. imo it doesn’t need a belt because it’s a pretty slim fit already. There is a little stretch to the fabric so bust measures 16-17”. Dresses aren’t getting wear these days so I’m clearing them out.
