This is generously sized, I think it could fit a 3X easily. It is fairly long on me.  I purchased this as a sample and wore only one season. It came to me with the inner tie sewn onto the wrong seam. If you know how to sew you can fix this or I could move it before shipping if that is an issue. It has a removable outer belt.
