Dolce and Gabbana green linen dress lined in leopard print fabric. Exterior is 100% flax linen. Lining is a 84% cupro/16% spandex blend. Back has lovely lime green detailing that feels like silk. Lovely green ribbon at the waist. Such a sexy skirt! I had a 7" slit added in the back for movement and it was done well -- in line with the seam in back. I'm marking this as a size s/m as I'm not sure what an Italian 46 corresponds to but it fits up to a 29" waist.
