Apologies for the wrinkles 😅 Thrifted this years ago and have never actually worn it. Sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulders. Very flowy and soft. Measurements are a bit flexible since there is some stretch. I’d say my measurements are the minimum, but with stretch they can go a bit larger. I would say this fits like a S/M.
