This piece was from a collab Nicole Richie’s House of Harlow 1960 & Etsy back in 2021. The waist can be cinched with a tie in the middle front. I added pics of with it both cinched & uncinched. Measurements are uncinched. Lightweight and airy, it’s perfect for lounging, as a swim cover up or running errands. I can’t recall if I ever wore this. If I did it was once or twice around the house.
