Dress converts to a top by unbuttoning the top and bottom sections of the garment (see 6th photo). Buttonholes are covered by the hem and are not visible when wearing the top alone, and buttons are not visible when wearing as a dress. I absolutely love the idea of this, especially for travel, but unfortunately the skirt is a little shorter than I prefer. The fabric is sturdy and the skirt is nicely lined, not at all transparent. So many styling possibilities with this one!!
