This is a very sweet vest, and the fabric is suede-y on the outside and smooth on the inside. Seams are exposed but not uncomfortable. While unlabeled, the fabric is clearly polyester. That’s uncomfortable for me, so I won’t wear it. Passing it onto the next good home! Original: Bought this at an antique store in Asheville, NC. No tags, not sure if it's vintage or handmade. Don't know material. But well made and super cute for layering/hobbit outfits/wearing on its own!
