Self drafted inspired by something I saw in a store. Mock rap bottom tulip opening with a high low. Slightly drop shoulder sleeves ending with tulip opening cuff to mimic the opening of the skirt edged with white piping. Yes it does have pockets. Generous gathering. Very flattering high neckline. Fabric is a estate sale find of vintage percal cotton sheet. Merry chrisp stays cool even in the summer. Optional bow Elastic waist stretches from 15 to 22 in flat
