Snapped these up secondhand and promptly took the tag off and washed them thinking they would fit like my medium Noble skorts. I was wrong and these are too tight for me! Thick and non-stretchy fabric, and the waistband is pretty tight elastic. I took the waist measurement stretched, it is 12 inches without!
