Green bias-cut long skirt

A stunning bias cut skirt in a beautiful army green fabric. It's made from multiple pieces of fabric stitched together with a little overhang. It has a hidden side zipper and hook and eye closures. This was union-made in the US. I bought it sometime in the early 2000s. It's in great shape overall but has a little bit of something whitish by the hem on the side and a tiny couple of spots of that a little higher up as seen in the last two photos. Barely noticeable and I haven't tried dry cleaning it. This is a size 6, but from an era when sizes were smaller. I wear an 8 or 10 now and can't get it over my hips.
