I bought these with tags attached at a consignment shop, and have only tried them on. They are marked size 25 but check measurements! I’m a 28 and they fit me at my high waist, but would also definitely work for a smaller body as a slouchier fit (which I think is the intended design, but they are cute at the high waist too!) In pristine condition!
