Waist stretches to 16/17. This is a professionally made Ramona dupe out of an Eleanor dress. I had two made and wear the other (Bluejean) all the time. Have worn this once as a skirt and a few times when it was a dress. Fits like a medium. Deserves more love than I give it. Waist is super comfortable and made from elastic thread. One of a kind!
