90s Gingham Skirt

Straight midi length green and white gingham skirt with the coolest texture. The buttons down the front are functional, so you could unbutton more near the bottom to create a bit of a slit if desired. Please see measurements -- this fits much more like a S/XS. The tie at the top is only decorative, so the waist does not cinch down smaller than it's flat measurement. It could comfortably stretch to about 16", but this may pull at the buttons depending on your hip width. I am so bummed this doesn't fit me. It's probably best for an xs since stretching the fabric causes the buttons to pull.
