"The Nature Conservancy" adjustable messenger bag

This is a bag that was gifted to me by a friend, who herself got it for free from a giveaway pile. The Nature Conservancy is an activist group that I am unfamiliar with. While I was initially excited to use this bag, it's texture triggers my partner's sensory problems, which effectively means that neither of us can use it. It's color is brown, with a faint tinge of green. My phone hates green, and unfortunately autocorrects the color to try and remove it. The last photo in this upload is most similar to the color it actually is but an exact hex is difficult to find. This was probably cheaply made as a handout by the group at some point to advertise their cause. I have no idea what it is made out of it, but it appears to be some variety of plasticy canvas. The previous owner likely used it for some time before passing it on, judging by the scratchy wear on the inside of the bag and some faint scratchy wear on the outside. One of the front pockets also have some permanent folds, as does the underside of the front 'flap'. It has an adjustable strap (my favorite feature) that allows it to hang 14" at it's shortest and 27" at it's longest, not including the height of the bag. It also has a pocket on it's side to hold water bottles.
