Cobalt Blue The Under Short by Primary

No idea why my little does not like these! They prefer baggies, I guess. Would love to trade for cutesy baggy shorts or flowy pants (need not be slow fashion…try me!) These are a bit faded and one light stain. They’re great under skirts, dresses, or t-shirts. I think they’re so worn because my older might have used them as pajamas too.
