Vintage Red Plaid Tartan Cotton Flannel Vest. Kids 7 but could fit a petite adult so putting as XXS. I looked up the store and the maker on the tag and neither has existed for a while (I can’t find anything on either). Guessing this is 80s by the tag/style. No flaws to note. SZ 7.
