Cutest vintage handknit sweater ever. If it were only bigger .sigh It has a cape/slight batwing type sleeve. Little popcorn bobbles all over and a detailed trim all over. Clear plastic buttons(4 X2) . The waist has just a bit of stretch to it when buttoned (12.5-13") I'm not 100% sure of the content. It feels like wool, but it's possible it's a blend.
