It’s sized at a 0 because the Great does 0123. I would say it fits like a small/ medium The waist is open (it’s empire waist) Chest measurements are from below the bust. The length can be adjusted with tie straps I love this dress so much. I habdstuched a few stitches at one point to the skirt to make it not pouf out as much- these are easily removable. It no longer fits post partum- but I actually got it in a bigger size because I love it so much. The fabric is lightweight and comfortable and I find it’s an easy automatic outfit.
