Purchased this blouse second hand years ago, I can’t exactly remember the decade of it but I think it could be 1970’s - 1980’s (if you have any idea please let me know!) 100% silk made in Hong Kong. Has a beautiful rose embossed detailing in the fabric. Photographs much brighter in person. Would say this James more of a true red/slight shade darker.
