Floral Maxi Dress

Hard to say goodbye to this one because it’s another great piece from my Mom’s 90’s collection, but I’m just not reaching for it and it should be worn. Maxi length, buttons down the front to about the shin so you can wear it more or less open. Attached ties can be tied in the front or back. Flowy and cool for summer. waist measurement is it loose / uncinched with tie. I am a 30” waist and it isn’t too big on me - will fit a range of sizes.
