3-piece petite knit dress. Dress is slate blue ribbed mock turtle collar (2” tall) with long sleeves (21” long) and solid orange-red a-line skirt. Center front belt loop, center back nylon zipper. Vest is full-length with horizontal blue and red stripes and solid red finishing. Belt is solid red with metallic buckle and holes for 24.25, 25.25, 26.125, 26.625, & 27.5” waists. If you’re slightly bigger than the measurements above, this will fit! It’s stretchy. *petite size*
