Gorgeous blue and black checked skirt. Outer is 100% wool, the lining is 100% polyester. It has sizable pockets on either side, with an invisible zip closure on the left pocket seam. The waistband secured with hooks and eyes, and it seems a previous owner added thread loops for a smaller waistband size. It has a gorgeous swish to it that gives it the feel of a full circle skirt, and wonderful drape. Although it's wool, I've gotten wear out of it from autumn to spring and on cool summer days.
