Had high hopes when I bought this at the thrift store but it has virtually no stretch to the fabric/waistline so it didn’t fit :( there is no material tag, but as mentioned, barely any stretch to the material. It is wrinkled from sitting in a box for some time but there is also patterning on the fabric (see last photo). Fastens with two buttons, one interior and one exterior. Has pockets, but the one on the button side has a gap where the skirt fastens.
