Gorgeous and lined (!) dress. The quality is amazing. I’d have to get it tailored to fit my bust also so posting here before I do. Laurie: no more stains! Also i picked out the spots where a previous owner took in the armpits. See images - there are tiny holes now but not really visible while wearing. Andrea: I am obsessed with this silhouette, color, and crisp fabric but unfortunately it has many light, small stains that I was unaware of before trading. They are slightly red and all located on the front of the dress, so perhaps some red wine went awry? There is one stain on the upper bodice and the remainder are mostly located on the bottom ruffled portion. Could be great for you if (a) you don’t care about the stains or (b) you have access to dye baths like Suay. I would totally dye it but am already up to my eyeballs in projects and not looking for any more. Photos of the stains are just of the largest three stains, there are more than what are photographed. Previous (original?): This is a cotton Wray dress that I’ve had and loved for a few years. The color is really hard to capture because of lighting, I would describe the yellow as “primary yellow”, your standard vibrant yellow. I had the bust taken in to fit me a little better. Received a ton of compliments whenever I wore this dress. A bonus, there’s pockets!
