Light corduroy balloon leg trousers

These pants are really cute but too small for me. True to size for a size 6 US/10 UK. I am firmly a size 8, and I thought because of the generous hip measurement they might work for me, but they didn’t quite sit right on my body. They are a pretty light orangey-brown color, not sure of the style name, but they are generous through the hip with a high waist and a voluminous balloon leg. There are a few spots on these pants that look like someone’s splattered a little bit bleach at the bottom by the hem. Also a somewhat lightened spot on the front thigh, and an orangy discoloration near the zipper. None of these spots seem noticeable when being worn, but want to be transparent! Photos contain details of all of the spots.
