ok i’m obsessed with this top i found at beacons closet, but just could never make it work for me. it’s hard to measure as the zipper is a bit on the bias and the whole top is pretty adjustable. i’d say it would suit about 34in waist and below? there are some raw seams and overall could probably use some securing of the pleats.
