Bought off Thredup last summer and missed the return window. It’s new with tags though I can’t find much about the brand online. It doesn’t list fabric content. Feels light and buttery (obviously synthetic) with a bit of shine, but doesn’t make a swishing noise when it moves. Has pockets and functional buttons. Runs small for XL - see PTP and waist measurements. It was way too tight on top for me, but the skirt has plenty of room. Would be a lovely dress for outdoor events this Spring / Summer!
