Ribbon Swirl Skirt

🎁 Gifting as a thank you for a charitable donation! Please see ideas below.🙂 Vintage green ribbon swirl skirt. ILGWU made. Stretchy material that feels like a wool blend. Era is a guess: 1960s-1970s. Fully lined; very soft and comfortable to wear. Look at the ribbon!! Meticulously pinned and stitched on. It came with a matching sleeveless top that I've already parted with. Such an amazing, unique skirt; I am so sad it no longer fits. Waist and hip can stretch to accommodate a 28-29" waist and 39-40" hip (figure hugging.) This is in amazing condition for its age imo. No pulls, stains or holes that I can see; only noticeable wear is what looks like even fading to the light green ribbon which was probably once a vibrant lime color. Please give this skirt the love it deserves!
