I bought this skirt in a little boutique/art gallery when I first moved to Philly hoping I would eventually get over my fear of white pants/skirts. No such luck. I love this but am listing this to see what's out there. Tbh if I don't find anything I'll probably dye it🤷♀️ The waist stretches to 23" flat! Very pretty lace over a mid-length white lining (the lining layer is ~27" long). No tears, stains, or other signs of wear.
