red pencil skirt with YSL button

I purchased this skirt at a vintage shop in Italy, but it is just too small for me to wear. Never worn by me. Approximate size is Large, or Size US 12. Waistband measures 14.5 inches flat, but has a small amount of stretch. Hips area is 21.5 inches measured flat. It has a YSL button on the back, but no tags on the inside, so I can't be 100% sure it's YSL. please see the photos of the band at the top (it has writing, but I can't decipher what it means). please also see photos of the interior near the top. there is some fraying, but it's not noticeable from the outside. the lining is otherwise in great condition. red, silky lining, but likely not silk. satin or polyester of some description. zipper and button at waist are also in good working condition.
