This is a beloved jacket that unfortunately no longer fits! The waist measurement is at the middle and the bottom sweep is about 18.5 inches. This was bought new and has been worn and loved for years - some discoloring on the inner armpits and some threads becoming loose at several locations on the outer quilting (see photos). I washed this with Grangers down wash at the end of last season and I don't think I've worn it since, but I'd be happy to wash it again before shipping.
